KEEP CALM AND DON’T STRESS
To define stress in simpler words, we would say it is the body's reaction to any
change that requires an adjustment or response. Typically your body reacts to
these changes with physical, mental and emotional responses.We has all felt it.
At times, stress can be a positive force motivating you to perform well. But
often like when you're stuck in traffic, it acts as a negative force. If you
experience stress over a prolonged period of time, it can become chronic
which can cause many problems. One of the biggest problems caused by stress
is depression. A lot of people commit suicide under depression. Stress can
shatter your world unless you take action.
KNOWING THE SOURCE
Events that happen in and around you ideally put stress on your body. You can
experience stress from your environment, your body and your thoughts. You
can experience stress from humans as well like your boss or your friend. A
solution to this is not to quit your job or break your friendship because you
simply can’t ruin your career or your social circle for something which is
inevitable. You are better than that. Learn to manage your stress levels
instead. It will be a win-win situation.
WHO’S THE REAL CULPRIT?
Stress symptoms can adversely affect your health even though you might not
realize it. You may blame illness for that headache, your frequent insomnia or
your decreased productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit.
Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can help you in managing
PROBLEMS STRESS CAN CAUSE
Unattended stress can lead to many health problems such as high blood
pressure, heart disease, obesity and hair fall. All these problems can destroy
your self confidence, ruin your marriage or isolate you from your friend circle.
Just when you think these are only problems stress can cause, let us name a
few more common effects of stress on your body: depression, anxiety and
many more. From early aging to heart problems, the daily accumulating stress
can damage your health in irreversible ways.
