The benefits: Swartantra’s implication on mind, body & soul

We introduce to you, MOKSHA by SWARTANTRA. This product is first of its kind - a very unique combination of modern technology and ancient spiritual science. Now there cannot possibly be a remote control that can alter our mood at the press of a button and that is not what our product claims to be but what it does is rather simple - This product works directly on central nervous system, where the human body finds all solutions for problems related to mind, body and soul .

SWAR-TANTRA.. This will look like a mp3 player but this gadget is a specified vibration programming based player which a person can put on their ear and simply listen and the vibration will start to work on the body instantly and the person will expeirence fast results than any therapy or medicine.

HOW IT WORKS?

Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).

Every Human being is born in a specific latitude and longitude thus, making every vibration specific for them . To find a specific vibration that helps maintain a healthier lifestyle for a person we would be needing their Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Time of birth, Present Location and the problem they are facing .

This would help us find and design a specific vibration which will affect their brain in the best possible manner directly targeting the pituitary gland, and thus we can achieve following benefits:

3 types of benefits: Mental, Physical & Emotional

Mental Benefits:

-       More Motivated in life

-       More focused

-       Better Organizational Skills

-       Improved patience level

-       Improved quality to listen to new ideas with an open mind.

Emotional Benefits:

-       Relief from anxiety and depression

-       Less frustration

-       More confidence

-       Improved patience

-       Better ability to communicate and interact with others

-       Improved quality to express emotions

Physical Benefits:

-       Higher levels of Energy

-       Fewer headaches

-       Sense of balance & direction improved

-       Relief from chronic tiredness

-       Relief from sensation of shortness of breath or lightness in the chest

Thus, these vibrations released by MOKSHA (by Swartantra) is a permutation and combination of many healing vibrations that suit one by targeting the pituitary gland that releases both positive and negative hormones. The vibrations help regulate the flow of hormone in pituitary gland and thereby giving the soothing experience to body, mind and soul.

The influence of Sound on Mind, Body & Soul

Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).

A sound therapy treatment is both a passive and participatory experience. The passive aspect is that you become more relaxed by laying down and slowing your breath. By doing this, you prepare yourself to become the receiver of sound. It's in this place of stillness that you participate by becoming more open and aware of each sound that comes in. Sound helps create the pathway to this place of stillness the same as a mantra helps you to arrive at the still point of meditation.

The inner ear, the cochlea, is filled with liquid that converts the vibrations into electrical impulses, which are then sent to the brain. The brain interprets the impulses as sound via a remarkable synchronicity of neurochemistry within the cerebellum and mesolimbic and frontal lobes, to elicit a wide array of memories, feelings, actions and thoughts.

Music is harmonious sound, or sounds crafted to evoke emotional reactions. Music is often referred to as the universal language.

Sound can support healing by bringing harmony to the body, mind and spirit. At the end of life, music can play a powerfully healing role, as explored in the field of “music thanatology”. The term thanatology comes from thanatos, the Greek term for death. Some hospices provide musical supports for the dying and even specially trained musicians provide musical bedside vigils to support the dying person and their friends and family.

Ultrasound (US) has been used in physical medicine for many years. No one is really clear how US works, though the most accepted theory is that the ultrasound wave imparts a micro-trauma, which elicits a minor inflammatory reaction and boosts the healing and clearing ability of the body. Julie Sheahan, a physiotherapist from Fusion Health, says that despite a lack of scientific evidence validating its effectiveness, many practitioners clinically see good improvements in their patients, particularly when US is used in conjunction with a whole treatment plan.

Vibrational healing methods using music may well be the most direct and effective way to help the body to heal and come back into harmony and health. We have much to learn and fully understand about the profound power of sound. Music can easily take us to new areas of consciousness, which, at this point on the planet, may be the most healing gift of all.

The Science & Discipline in the Wake of Sound Healing

Psycho acoustics is the scientific study of the perception of sound, and it has fueled researcher’s paths to better understand how it can be used as medicine. For instance, in 1973, Dr. Gerald Oster, a medical doctor and biophysicist, proved, in his research paper, “Auditory Beats in the Brain,” how sound affects the how the brain absorbs new information, controls mood, sleep patterns, healing responses, and more, and how quickly. Thus, specific frequencies of sound and music can be used to generate neurotransmitters such as serotonin.

To understand the fundamentals of sound in healing, we must first understand our brain waves. The nucleus of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, is the communication between neurons. Brain waves are generated by way of electrical pulses working in unison from masses of neurons interacting with one another. Brain waves are divided into five different bandwidths that are thought to form a spectrum of human consciousness.

Research shows that different frequencies presented to each ear through stereo headphones… create a difference tone (or binaural beat) as the brain puts together the two tones it actually hears. Through EEG monitoring the difference tone is identified by a change in the electrical pattern produced by the brain. For example, frequencies of 200 Hz and 210 Hz produce a binaural beat frequency of 10 Hz (The difference in 210 Hz and 200 Hz is 10 Hz). Monitoring of the brain’s electricity (EEG) shows that the brain produces increased 10 Hz activity with equal frequency and amplitude of the wave form in both hemispheres of the brain (left and right hemisphere).

It is thought that different brain wave patterns are connected to the production in the brain of certain neurochemicals linked with relaxation and stress release, as well as better learning and creativity, memory, and more. Such neurochemicals include beta-endorphins, growth factors, gut peptides, acetylcholine, vasopressin, and serotonin.
Additional research upholds the beliefs of mind-body medicine in this sense, stating that brainwaves being in the Alpha state, 8 to 14 Hz, permits a vibration allowing for more serotonin to be created.

It’s important for us to come to terms with the fact that there is science behind age-old medicinal practices that do not require putting unknown substances in our bodies to alleviate issues like stress, depression, anxiety, and more.

But even more intriguing is to think something as simple as sound, as music, which we have come to treat as utterly pleasurable entertainment, has not only been used to promote healing and well-being, but has proven to work through research as well.

The Dynamism of Sound Healing : Why it is important?

Sound can set a mood. The soundtrack in aerobics class gets us moving, for example, while the one in yoga promotes quiet concentration. Sound also has a powerful effect on how we feel throughout the day. Our bodies and minds react differently to the unrelenting noise of a jackhammer than to a trickle of water in a creek.

In other words, some sounds simply make us feel better than others. Whether our conscious minds are paying attention or not, our bodies take their cues from these sounds and rhythms, knowing when to get energized and when to slow down.

Now, a growing body of research suggests that when used in a directed way, sound can also help us reduce stress, create a deep sense of well-being and even promote healing. From playing Bach in the nursery to yogic chanting in the oncologist’s office, sound therapy is gaining popularity as both a preventative medicine and as a complement to more traditional treatments. Good for both the mind and the body, it has been shown to help lift depression, clear sinuses and help cancer patients recover more quickly from chemotherapy.

With the various sonic equipment and recordings that are now available which create specific sounds, there may be people who will be sounding or listening to a particular frequency all day long. Depending upon the individual and their needs, this may be fine, or it may not necessarily be healthful. More is not necessarily better and with sound, too much can possibly be debilitating to the nervous system or other systems of the physical and etheric bodies. Balance is an extraordinarily important aspect of any transformative or healing work and principles of balance should be applied to sound.

All music has potentially therapeutic qualities. Many people believe that only New Age Music is healing, or whatever type of music you want to substitute for “New Age.” This gets into the same conundrum I experienced many years ago when I first began this sojourn into sound. Everybody wanted me to talk about how rock’n’roll was the devil’s music and bad. I wouldn’t. It is my belief that any music, depending upon the time, the place, and the need of the individual can have therapeutic effects. It is not that any music will have therapeutic effects, but that it can, if it is correct for the individual.

Realizing that every type of music has the ability to resonate with us on many different levels, it is possible that any type of music can have positive results; we should be open minded about all music and the possible transformative and therapeutic results that can occur from it.

Music can reach into aspects of our psyche that we may not have a clue even exist. There are people working solely with classical music, or “sacred” music, or New Age music. The reality is that all forms of music, from rock to country to jazz to all the world musics that are now available to us, may have the potential of reaching further into our bodies, minds, and souls to initiate healing and transformation. Be open to all possibilities. You can never know what may transpire until you have tried.

Genie in a device!

What’s a genie to you? What would be your ideal definition of it? I’ll tell you mine. A genie to me is someone who helps me out. I don’t really have any unrealistic wishes that I need some genie to fulfil for me. I’m more realistic. I would rather ask the genie to help me out with real world problems if I ever met one.

Real world problems:
I am a 35-year-old man and I drive a cab for a living.  The quality of my passengers varies from sweet to abusive. I can be sweet to someone who’s being sweet to me but I can’t be abusive to someone who’s being abusive to me. I would lose my job if I do so. As they wisely say, “customer is always right”. That’s the most absurd statement according to me but I still have to comply with it. It kills me not to say anything back whey they are cursing me.

Chimney:
Every kitchen has a chimney. The smoke generated when while cooking needs a way out.
You can’t live in a house full of smoke. For me, the smoke was the frustration I used to get from abusive customers. And even I needed some thing to let the smoke out. My most convenient option was my family! Not a day went by without me venting it out on my family. I used to feel pathetic. But I simply couldn’t help it. It used to happen organically.

On the edge:
This started affecting my sleep which in return affected my driving. Sometimes I have to drive late night as well and I can’t lose focus while driving in the dark. One wrong move and I could be dead. I was living life on the edge and I didn’t like it. I can’t change my job. Every job comes with its flaw. I can’t keep changing jobs because I can’t handle the work stress. I needed a better approach to handle the situation.

Moksha:
Remember I said sometimes I get sweet customers too. Well this one particular customer changed my life around.  She struck a conversation by asking me how I like my job. I narrated my story to her. She felt sorry for me. She told me about Moksha and that I should get one at the earliest. I researched on Moksha and found out that it’s an audio device which heals you from the inside with its positive vibrations. It helps in reducing stress and produces more positivity in you. I got mine and started using it. Moksha has a battery life of 6 hours. So on full charge, I can use it for 4 to 5 times which is perfect for me. I charge it completely and then carry it with me everywhere I go. When I don’t have any customers, I simply switch on the device and start using it. Moksha has helped me to a great extent. It helps me keep calm around the not so great customers. I no more lash out at my family. I’m now happy with my job and around my family. I can sleep better.

That’s why I say, I found my genie in Moksha.

Charity begins at home!

Think of me as a helper to a local community who unfortunately completely neglected his own family. I am a member of parliament. My voters look up to me. This is my story of how I got so engrossed in helping the community that I completely overlooked the problems existing in my life and in my family.

Power:
I am quite an influential man. People come to me with their troubles and I try my best to help them out. It’s a tedious job. People want their problems solved but they are unaware of the process that goes behind it. It affects my reputation if somehow I’m not able to help them. My reputation affects my power and eventually my job! My opponents feed on just about any chance they get to go against me. I have a well paying job but it comes with a lot of stress.

Stress:
I barely get any time to spend with the family. I’ve provided them all the luxuries of the world except my presence! I wouldn’t know of any problems my kids have if at all they have any. I keep promising my self to take out time to be with the family but it just doesn’t happen which stresses me out even more. Even the little time that I spend with them, I’m usually on calls. I use curse words around my family which I’m not really proud of. My wife keeps complaining that If I’m not able to solve my own family problems, how would I possibly solve any one else’s. I started getting headaches with all this stress. I started staying sick. Meeting and helping my voters started becoming difficult by each passing day and all this started affecting my reputation.

Swartantra:
I approached my wife for help. She agreed on one condition that I’ll have to be around the family much more frequently than I use to be. I first apologized for not being there and then I obviously agreed to her condition. She told me about Swartantra. She said she’s been meditating with a device called Moksha by Swartantra to reduce all the frustration and stress she got from me! I immediately asked her to lend me her device.  She said it doesn’t work that way. Her device was personalized in accordance with her birth date and location. My Moksha too will be personalized in accordance with my details. I ordered mine immediately. I started meditating with Moksha daily. The best part is that it’s a handy device with a pretty good battery life. So I can just carry it with me where ever I go and when ever I get free time, I meditate. I can’t thank my wife enough. Moksha is magical. It works its magic with the first use itself. I feel much more peaceful now. I regained my health and got back to helping people. I now keep a fine balance between my job and my family. My voters are happy and so is my family.

Weight loss with science

You might get a little confused with the title. Don’t worry, I’m here to explain everything. I am a 39-year-old house wife and this is the story of my weight loss journey with science, technology and faith!

Obesity:
I used to be a healthy lady. I wouldn’t say fit but I was alright, not that fat. It is during pregnancy when I started gaining weight which is normal. I gave birth to a beautiful daughter. With a baby in my life, I never really got the time to do light exercises to loose weight post pregnancy. I kept busy with the baby. As my daughter grew old, I grew fat! I had started eating much more than a normal human should. I didn’t know how I felt hungry all the time. I fed my hunger every time with huge proportions of food. Eventually I couldn’t sleep if I hadn’t had sufficient amount of carbs. Now I had entered the danger zone. I was officially under the obese category. My family started getting concerned. Even I realized that there is definitely something wrong with me and I need to find out what. I had to take immediate action because all the weight was starting to give me health problems.

Stress eating:
After consulting my family doctor, he said that I was stress eating. A lot of things in my life used to stress me out like my daughter’s future, her marriage, my future etc. I do tend to overthink things. And all this stress used to make feel hungry all the time. I was completely surprised with the theory but unfortunately it was very accurate. I never knew that subconsciously I’ve been depositing a lot of stress in the back of my mind and that these were its adverse effects.

Moksha:

My family doctor suggested me this device called Moksha. He said that this is something he has advised to a lot of people for reducing stress and all of them had given a positive feedback. He said just exercising won’t do the trick. As soon as you are stressed, you’ll start eating again. He asked me to get my personalized device and meditate with it daily for a little while. I followed his advice and started meditating with Moskha on a daily basis. I saw fabulous results just within 3 months of its use. I lost almost 20 kgs. Moksha didn’t just help me to loose weight but I also now feel much positive and stress free. I am happy to live in a generation where technology can do just about anything.
